The product problem
Looking for work involves managing uncertainty and maintaining confidence as well as writing applications. A person may need help identifying what they can offer before they can write a useful CV or decide which role to pursue.
My approach
The concept starts with the jobseeker’s situation: identifying skills, choosing next steps and building a manageable job-search routine. It is designed for the person looking for work, rather than for employers ranking applicants.
What this demonstrates
The project explores how language, pacing and a narrow audience shape a digital support service. The aim is to help people make progress in their job search; it does not guarantee employment.
