Consulting & services

AI strategy.
People. Products.

I help leadership teams decide how to use AI, give people the skills to work with it, and build the products and services that follow. I work through Petterik Oy, based in Kirkkonummi near Helsinki, with organisations in Finland and internationally.

01 / Direction

AI strategy
and adoption.

AI strategy starts with your organisation’s work: the decisions people make, the information they need and the tasks that take too much time. I help you identify useful applications of generative AI and AI agents, assess feasibility and choose where to start.

For leadership teams, that can mean a focused advisory discussion or a broader AI adoption roadmap. We look at business value alongside data access, operating costs, security, ownership and the changes your team will need to make.

Questions we can work through

  • Which AI use cases deserve a pilot, and which can wait?
  • Should you use an existing platform, integrate a model or build a dedicated product?
  • Where could AI agents support a workflow, and where should a person stay in control?
  • How will you evaluate quality, usefulness and risk before expanding?

The output depends on the engagement: a prioritised set of use cases, a technical recommendation, a prototype brief or a practical roadmap with responsibilities and evaluation criteria.

02 / Capability

AI training
and workshops.

I deliver AI training for leadership, product and business teams. Sessions connect the technology to the audience’s work, whether people are making investment decisions or learning to use generative AI in everyday tasks.

Practical workshops can cover prompting, checking AI-generated answers, designing repeatable workflows and understanding how AI agents use tools and information. We also discuss what to avoid: sharing confidential data in unsuitable tools, trusting plausible answers without checking, or automating a decision before understanding its consequences.

Formats shaped around your team

  • Executive briefings: AI capabilities, limitations and strategic choices.
  • Hands-on workshops: guided exercises using examples relevant to your work.
  • AI agent sessions: how agents operate, where they help and what oversight they need.
  • Conference talks and internal events: practical perspectives on AI, spatial computing and product development.

We agree on the audience, existing knowledge and learning goals before the session. For sensitive work, examples and tool choices need to respect your organisation’s data-handling rules.

03 / Delivery

Building digital
products and services.

I work from early product discovery through prototyping and software delivery. That includes web services, mobile applications, AI-enabled products and spatial experiences. I can help define the product, build a working prototype or support an existing team with architecture and delivery leadership.

A useful first step is to make the idea specific: who will use it, what they need to do and what evidence would justify building more. From there, we can map the user journey, test a concept and make the technical choices needed for an MVP or a production service.

Work can include

  • Product and service concepts, user journeys and prototype development.
  • Technical architecture, platform selection and AI integration.
  • Web and mobile application development, with accessible interfaces.
  • Product development leadership, roadmaps and release planning.
  • Defining innovation projects and supporting Business Finland funding applications.

My independent projects put these skills to use. KisaPlay brings together live data and time-sensitive actions; UudetRaflat.fi turns scattered public information into a searchable service.

04 / Context

Spatial computing.
New interfaces.

I work with AR, VR and mixed reality, including Apple Vision Pro and Meta AR glasses. I help teams assess whether an immersive interface suits the task, explore an interaction through a prototype and understand the practical delivery constraints.

We can test how people navigate a space, interact with digital objects or use information in their surroundings. A prototype gives your team something concrete to evaluate before committing to a platform or a larger build.

Working together

Start with
your question.

Can you help before we have a project brief?

Yes. An advisory conversation or workshop can help clarify the problem, audience and next decision before you commit to a build.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. I can support leadership, product and engineering teams with technology choices, prototype work, training or delivery planning. We agree on the scope and responsibilities together.

Do you offer both AI strategy and implementation?

Yes. An engagement can focus on advice and training, or continue through prototyping and product development. You do not need to commission a build to ask for an independent assessment.

Where are you based?

I am based in Kirkkonummi, near Helsinki, Finland, and work with organisations internationally. We can discuss remote and on-site arrangements when scoping the work.
